I just called for some information...about the current situation on bans. The wonderful young lady I spoke with was very well informed, and friendly. She was not in a hurry, or trying to get off the call. I feel she truly wanted to help and inform me on my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GAT, and would be there if I was in IL

Jose was super helpful and knowledgeable about shotguns and Glocks. Had fun trying stuff out and talking with him. Don't quite get some of the hate on here. They have a great new and used selection. Decent accessories and ammo. They are well staffed, some grumpy old timers but you never have to wait too long to get assistance.

Great customer service! After explaining to Nicole that something felt off on a particular issue with a purchase she went above and beyond to make the situation right within her capabilities. Raul was super helpful and provided great customer service. He noticed me standing at the counter and took the initiative to quickly come over and provide assistance since there was nobody in line. He was also very friendly during the entire process and thoroughly explained everything. This is the number 1 reason why I choose to come to GAT instead of going to other firearms shops.

Came in Black Friday with my brother-in-law to shop around for a good CCW. The place has a lot of firearm and accessories selection, and the prices were great (if paying with cash). Raul helped us and could not ask for any better help. He was nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I wish all salespeople are as nice and knowledgeable like him.

Great selection. I’m a customer for many years. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Most recently, Herb helped my wife select the correct firearm for her hand size and budget. Jose was a gun guru and helped me understand a shotgun racking issue I couldn’t figure out.
